We don't have a clue what a sandwich is in BR. A place that served a huge hot pastrami on rye with mustard or a huge Reuben would be awesome.

George's Deli downtown is the best Reuben that I've found in BR.

Too bad that Tigerdroppings is only archived now, as once you could go back a year-plus, and find old posts easily. There was an epic 10 pager on BR needing a Kosher Deli..this time last year.

Kori's AM Mart? Or did you mean one formerly in the shopping center short of Highland?

Then I guess Tongue is totally off the board too?

It is for me, though I have a friend that loves them.

Ramrod, I bet you'd hate your own mother's breast milk.

I love tongue, but I don't think there's anywhere around here that serves it.

I've been eating a lot of tongue tacos lately. There's gotta be some Mexican restaurants down there that serve it?

I'm thinking BR has a relatively small Latino population? It's around 15% in the city of Milwaukee.

Census says it's 4%

Off the books? A trip to Wal-Mart will tell you differently.

Fro, if judging by the construction sites from Woodlawn area on out to Gonzales, or the patrons that frequent La Tiendita and all the recently opened area taquerias, Walmarts at night, yes 4% seems well short of actual?

Attendance to the annual BR Latin Festival alone would lead someone to assume that the number is a lot higher.
