The chain is from Thibodaux, and they seem to be doing well. I've only eaten there once or twice so I can't speak to the quality.

And the other Zaxby's is right by the Chick Fil A on Hwy 30
That one will likely be next to close along with the one on Millerville across street from Chick Fil A

Every time I passed by that location Canes was packed Zaxby’s only had the worker’s cars in the parking lot.

Those people are up for a big let down. I tried the one down by Houma a few weeks ago. Worst fast food seafood you could possibly get.
