Was getting my stuff to make some red beans this afternoon and found these at Rouses.
I just don't recall seeing them before.
Anyone cooked or grilled these yet? Any good?

Yes, I've used it several times. Very good!
It varies on whether or not Rouse's has it and I've seen it for $5.99 and $4.99. Even $6.99 at one store. I think that was Dorignac's.

It's very good and as another poster noted it is the best mass-marketed sausage out there.

I made some red beans a cpl weeks ago and used it. Very good IMO. Started with bacon fat...some smoked ham hocks...Louviers Cajun seasoning...damn got me wanting a plate of it again

There have been 1 or 2 other threads on here about it. I think it is hands down the best grocery store smoked sausage I've had. The seasoning is very pronounced, and it's freaking delicious. I have been keeping a pack on hand in the freezer since I first tried it.
