A Red Eye II redux couldn't be more disappointing. I remember being dragged to the one on vets once after a golf tournament way back when. I can't imagine it will do well in that location.

As to the spot on lake and old Hammond, the owners want way to much rent. Some place called Arceneauxs was supposed to open, but they backed out of the lease and no one else is moving in unless they drop the rent demands. Too bad, I had a couple of friends look into it for a few concepts, but it doesn't work.
