Yeah it looks pretty good judging from those pictures. I always thought that was a good spot for a bar

snazzy little place, and it's apparently no longer the "gay bar"

I've been a couple of times and it's nice. They changed some things up from when it was the L bar. The courtyard is a good addition and plenty of covered parking especially when 13th gate is done. Seems pretty promising hope BR gives it a chance.

I'm sure it is. Baton Rougeans love their cancer sticks.

This could be a good thing, or a bad thing.

Hopefully not too loud with the bridge right above.

Will hold off on judgment until I see what kind of crowd flocks there.

It's supposed to be in line with with places like Chelsea's, the Moon, Red Star, and Radio bar as far as crowd type. There was a recent article about it saying the guy was hoping to get good musical acts booked there.

We were going to go check it out when I was in town a week or so ago, but none of us could drive, so we just walked to Radio Bar instead.

We went a week or so ago. It was pretty nice, but they were still getting things together....jukebox wasn't set up, half the taps of beer weren't working. The drink prices were cheap, cheap, cheap. Looks like the old Red Star staff and crowd has drifted over there.
