Thanks for the link, but I've never done anything pre order. I'll wait until whatever it is comes out, then I'll purchase it outright. No reason for someone else to hang onto my money for over four months.

700W is disappointing given the Wi-Fi version has 900, but I do like the smaller size for smaller pots. I have an older Anova and my biggest gripe is the size of the pots I have to use (my clip is no adjustable).
Current Bluetooth model is 800W and only $10 more, so we'll see what they do with that.

I grabbed one this am. Used a code they sent me and got it for $80. I use one almost daily and run into timing/temp issues when preparing multiple dishes, so it will be nice to have 2.

I bought ? of these a month or so ago when they were 79. The coolest kitchen appliance I own.

Is sous vide all that much better than reverse sear?
