I have 6 leftover grilled chicken breasts and I'm wondering what I can make with them thats different than my usual chicken & pasta w/ red gravy, chicken sandwich, chicken fajitas. Looking for something somewhat easy since I'm a college kid and my apartment isn't fully equipped. Just throw out some ideas. TIA

Sorry but the best darn option is cooking up some peppers and onions and wrappin those bad boys.

It may be same old same old but it sure is tasty with a dollop of sour cream.

Put in baking dish, warm up in oven, at end cover with salsa of your choice and cheese. Put back in until cheese melts.

Can also cut up breast and warm up in skillet along with onions, etc. Put can of black bean, and rotel in with it, warm and serve on tortillas with sour cream and cheese.

I love them warmed, sliced and served on a salad. Use fresh greens, add fruit (mandarin oranges, strawberries, grapes or dried cranberries), toasted nuts (pecans, almonds, or walnuts), purple onion, diced celery for crunch, grated or crumbled feta or bleu cheese. Dress with a balsamic vinaigrette. I sometimes add a dollop of fruit preserves or jelly to my dressing to match the fruit in the salad.

Chicken salad for sure.

Chicken burritos also super easy. Just add some refried beans, maybe jalepenos, sour cream and whatever cheese you have on hand on a flour tortilla.

I agree, Add some raisins and toasted almond slivers for a little twist. Love me some grilled chicken salad.

My favorite is King Ranch Chicken. It's some combination of chicken breasts, tortillas, sour cream, Rotel, and cream of mushroom, I think. Google it.
