Like $20/meal. We are staying in the convention center. Prefer something with seafood but other stuff as well.

I'm still heartbroken Petunia's is closed. Their seafood crepes were sooooo gooooood for breakfast.

No. If you're looking in the quarter there are MUCH better options. I'd recommend Coop's Place for your price range.
