Lil Dago’s had a great spaghetti and meatballs. The bread and sauce is very good too.
Fat Mamas for tamales and margaritas .
Roux 61 is good and consistent. It gets packed at times but they move people through very efficiently.

Roux 61
I've been there and I thought it was really average for how much it gets recommended. I went with 6 or so other people and no one came away particularly impressed. No ones food was bad, but it wasn't all that good either, and our service was terrible.

Copy and pasting my post from your thread on the travel board for this one as well.
First and foremost......don’t go to Roux 61. It’s just a bland chain seafood restaurant with none of the old charm you really came to Natchez for.
The Castle is the best in town for white tablecloth fine dining. I really recommend the Pub underneath it.
But if you’re looking for something else Natchez has plenty more to offer.
To start things off let’s go downtown to Pearl Street Pasta. Small, cozy, still pretty high-end for food and wine options. It’s ideal for a quiet, romantic dinner with the wife.
Other downtown options include Rolling River Bistro, Cotton Alley, King’s Tavern, and Biscuits & Blues. All have great atmospheres but some have more limited menus than others. KT doesn’t do large portion sizes, but it’s likely the coolest atmosphere and the bartender makes killer mixed drinks (using rum from the Charboneau distillery next door which you can tour). B&B has one of the best steaks in town (and solid live music) but is only average on the rest of the menu. Cotton Alley and RRB probably have the most well-rounded menus but are slightly more lacking in charm.
Also of note downtown is Slick Rick’s and Thursday night Bowie’s Tavern. SR’s is only for lunch but they do sandwiches and burgers very well. BT is normally your typical bar, but on Thursday night they have an amazing steak special that I would recommend above all others.
Moving under the hill (which is what locals will call the places right by the river) there are two solid options: The Camp and Magnolia Grill. The Camp is the most casual place I’ve mentioned so far. It’s almost a sports bar, but the setting is just too cool to really call it that. They’ve got the best beer selection in town and a great menu with everything from sliders to quesadillas to hot wings. You really can’t go wrong. It’s definitely the best place in town to watch a game on tv. Magnolia Grill is a much more formal sit-down dining experience. The menu is probably the best spread of seafood (though they have other food as well).
Both of these restaurants have amazing views of the river from right on the water.
If people want bar recommendations I can do that as well, but this post was getting pretty long so I’ll stop here for now.
