Let's make the coroner's job easier. 3:39pm is the start for the estimated range for time of death.

Eat it! The worst will be stomach issues. Nothing major. I've eaten ALOT worse and lived!

His green light is on. Either he's alive, or his wife is about to post a link to his obit.

even if he got sick, I doubt it was from the roast. I shudder to think of all the food I've eaten that was left out overnight and into the next morning. Good Lord, that was SOP at the hunting camp. Cook it the night before, leave it on the stove, eat it for lunch the next day. Cold. And that was mostly ducks or deer or whatever wild game we cooked.

Mine is always on. I think I'm signed in from several devices and the page is always up on one of them. I rarely close it out.
So, if I die, I'll still be with you all!

Bring it my house. I'll eat it.

What time did you discover you had left it out? Surely not 2pm?

Mrs. Debaser and I did the same thing this week. No problems.

If you've never eaten day old room temperature food then I'm not sure you ever went to college.

I have done this when I am cooking later at night it gets too late to cool it off properly, then it is too hot to put it in the refrigerator so I leave it out till morning. It's not going to hurt anything.

If I left it out over might I would eat it. If I left it out overnight all the way to 2:30 pm I would not. That's another 8 hours of it sitting there botulizing.
