I don't know if he's been mentioned yet, but Beauxregard's brew reviews are great.

I enjoy everyone's contributions to the food board.

Overrated:
For my tastes, Tiger Attorney is overrated simply b/c NOLA restaurants are much lower on my interest scale than recipes, cooking, flavor ideas, food trends, ethnic food, soul food, different regions, etc. TA is very knowledgeable of the NOLA scene, but he may as well be the spokesperson for the NOLA board of tourism. However, if you are not from NOLA and are looking for a recommendation, or your main focus in the food world is eating out in NOLA then TA is probably the most valuable poster on this board...or nearly any board. It all depends on your interests.

Underrated: i'll just a couple that may not have been listed. I agree with most of the ones listed already.

loubacca - good knowledge of old/north BR...the part of the city that has character but too few people know about. Also seems to be on point with home cooking/soul food ideas.

TexasTiger05 - very knowledgeable on cooking techniques.

DaddyFrogLegs - anyone that gets contacted by John Folse's attorney is underrated.
