Miami eats
I'm headed to Miami in April for business and looking for some recommendations on nice lunch and dinner spots. I'm staying near downtown but do not mind a little drive/uber if needed. I'd like to try a nice steakhouse (client's suggestion) one evening. Any other suggestions are welcomed.

I'll second Versailles. Had a great meal there
I went there about 15 years ago for a work thing. We went to some Argentinian steakhouse where I got a steak with chimichuri sauce that blew my mind. It wasn't an expensive place but it was near a kind of failing shopping center.

Versailles was okay. I wasn't as impressed by the media noche as I thought I would be.

re: Miami eats
Miami is an awful big place, I like the Wynwood area.

Beaker and Gray gets a lot of love from the local foodies. Upscale cocktails and a very eclectic menu.

The Morgan's Restaurant is likely the most famous brunch in Miami.

Some other options to consider are Coyo Taco (An institution in the area), Kush (craft beer and American cuisine) and Sakaya Kitchen (Korean fusion - Try the pork buns, chicken wings, or the bulgogi burger).

Most of these are within walking distance of each other.

If you want something fancy, go to Bazaar in South Beach. High-end, unique small plates type of place. They serve chicken coqeuttes in a glass slipper

I also like Yardbird for lunch on South Beach.

In Miami, Wynwood is a cool place. Some breweries there and Wynwood Kitchen is very good.

re: Miami eats
For the nice steak dinner, The Capital Grille is located in downtown (Brickell) and is very good. Brickell is one of the newest areas of downtown Miami and there are a lot of nice places to eat. Mary Brickell Village has a couple great lunch spots and also a few bars/pubs for the evenings. Everything is within walking distance or a easy Uber ride. Check out the area on Google maps and you will see.
