Brother Junipers near UofM is a great place for breakfast!
Absolutely this...San Diegan and Salmon Benedict are my two favorites there.

We moved from La. to Tupelo and geaux to Memphis often on Saturday night. We liked Corky's BBQ, The Rondevous downtown, the place on the right East end of Beale Street, and 2 places in Germantown on the highway near Costco, etc.

Sounds like you are downtown based on what you have eaten so far. Try going farther down South Main. Spindini is Italian. Grecian Gourmet. South of Beale is hit or miss but one hit is their bacon and Brussels sprouts.
Itta Bena above B.B. Kings on Beale is good and surprisingly quiet given its location. McEwens on Monroe. Pizza at Aldo’s (they also make their own pickled beans in their Bloody Mary if you like those).
Overton Square has some good options if you have a car...it is a cheap Uber if you don’t.

Native Memphian here, and whenever I go back to visit I always hit up Jack Pirtle's Fried Chicken. They serve a small cup of gravy with their combos/dinners that is awesome for dipping the french fries and small biscuit's in.

Tawanda Pirtle gave me 80lbs of chicken wings for free as a donation for me to cook in the southern hot wing festival a few years back. She just happened to be sitting next to my brother-in-law and I at a bar as we planned out the things we needed for the festival and she offered to give them to us.
I have been a loyal Jack Pirtle's patron ever sense!

I love eating at the Rendevous. Yes, there’s better BBQ out there, but it’s just a cool place.
This.

Dyer's for their burgers....greasy but good and their shakes are damn good
McEwans -it's all good there
Automatic Slims
Spindini
Mesquite Chop House....I prefer the one in Southaven to the one on Beale
Jack's Place East ....very underrated
For BBQ - Central and Rendezvous
Germantown Commissary for the pulled pork
If you like "soul food" The Three Way will fill you up with love and good food

I'm not familiar with this place. Where is it?
There was a Jim's Place East, but it closed a year or so ago, I believe.
