no man Korean BBQ is awesome
if i'm cooking a really thick steak, it's going to be over coals, indirect heat at first, and seared with a bulgogi sauce
you get smoke flavoring from the indirect heat, lots of meat flavor, and a crust of incredibly tasting korean BBQ
if a steak if under 1" thick or on a pan, then it's going to be traditional b/c the meat flavor won't be so dominant and you don't need as much extra flavor. the crust and meat is fine
