Typical LuckySo-n-So weekend menu when in self-destructive phase:
Breakfast: Two Bac/Egg/Cheese Rancheros, two Sausage/Cheese Kolaches from Kolache Kitchen. Diet Coke.
Lunch: Grilled Chicken Croissant, Mushroom Swiss Burger, Large O-Rings, Fried Cheese Sticks w/Marinara from Brewbacher's. Diet Coke
Dinner: Two 16 oz Ribeye Steaks (perfectly cooked Med. Rare in microwave), Whole "Caesar Supreme Kit" salad in a bag (love those
), four slices of New York Texas Toast. Dessert: Pint of Ben & Jerry's Brownie Batter Ice Cream. Diet Coke.
That's all in about 12 hours.
I have eaten two large pizzas from Papa Murphy's; a 25 finger tailgate pack from Cane's; several "Illegal Burritos"; The 20 oz burger from Cheeburger Cheeburger with a large chili-cheese fries; 16-piece box from Popeye's.
==============================
Am currently 90% vegetarian in an effort to mitigate the effects of such eating.

A couple years ago, me and a buddy each got a little caesars pizza and we raced to see who could eat it the fastest, crust included.
I won in 3 min 20 somthing seconds
It wasn't a massave quantity, but the element of time mad it hard.
Oh and I won 10 bucks while doing it

Yeah...but...why?
And more importantly, how did it feel the next day? And be real. No internet cred is at stake.

The amount I eat on my cheat day is ridiculous.
So you eat a week's worth of shite in one day, totally negating any workouts/dieting you did during the week. You're smart.
