I'm not a fan of the place but it is not 'super overpriced'. My few meals there haven't been cold either.

Food is average but good enough for what it is.
They still have the best happy hour in town though.

Eta: 3pm-7pm half off drinks.
Fwiw, walkons has that deal from 11am to 7pm on weekdays. Better atmosphere and food also

Used to enjoy it, had like thre awful experiences in a row the past year. I will never go back.

Half off everything? Even if so, I doubt their prices are as cheap as Mason's. When I lived down there I could go to Mason's for happy hour and order double makers for $5.00.

I'm comparing it to Masons. Walkons gets shite on a lot here but I think they have some good items on their menu. Blackened chicken sandwich, buffalo wrap, seared tuna salad to name a few. I would certainly go there over Masons.
Masons is a loud and dirty shithole. Walkons can be loud but it's clean and looks like you're not in the 1980s when you walk in. Unless you live right by Masons or are going to meet people already going there, I don't see a reason to go

Why is this place so nasty? I'e walked in there and turned around because it was so nasty. I didn't make it much past the front door. Felt like my skin was crawling, yuck

I guess all of you who haven't returned have been replaced by the people who have to park on Old Jefferson trying to get in the place on weekends where there's a minimum wait of an hour.
