Some unconventional thinking in the boil part. I don't think I could bring myself to waste good smokey Laplace andouille in a crawfish boil. cheap sausage works just as well, I'm sure.

I've put it a boil before but I prefer regular smoked sausage. Seams like a waste to put some high dollar andouille.

I’d take a steak knife to the thigh before I’d waste that fine product in a boil
.

Right?

A crawfish boil is about the only good use for Manda smoked sausage. And I still don't really like it prepared in that manner.

Wayne Jacob's has good andouille but Best Stop charges a little over half their price. And yeah, sausage is good in a boil but there's no point on using the really good stuff. We put DD out of Bogalusa in ours.

So , I watched the clip. Good stuff at WJ’s. I’ve always enjoyed film from there.

But putting awesome andouille in a crawfish boil is beyond fricked up. Never waste good sausage in a crawfish boil.

Ever.

Ever.

Never ever waste good LaPlace smoked anything in a crawfish boil.

The seasoning Mason put in the crawfish was pure frickery.
Eel Sauce?
Valentina Hot sauce?
Crystal?
plus pro boil, old school Zatarains bags, and a shite ton of salt? Was that shite even edible?

It's grinded pork butt that's smoked in beef casings. It's not beluga caviar

You're paying $150+ to boil a sack of crustaceans that live in the muddy swamp, but you cant buy andouille that's actually good
