I recently purchased the Made-In Griddle and absolutely love it.

It does take a little bit of time to get used to how it displaces heat but it's well made and everything I have cooked on it, I can notice the difference.

Would recommend.

Please explain what you mean by this. I have one and found it seems to cook hotter than the temp says on my infrared.

I've considered getting one for my induction cooktop that's supposed to combine two of the elements for a griddle. I've heard mixed reviews on how those work as a whole so I've held off.

I have their non-stick line and it's a pleasure to use.

I would be hesitant to use it on an induction cooktop. The bottom of mine is pretty rough and I would be scared it would scratch the cooktop.

I grabbed some hob covers off Amazon to protect my cooktop and keep my old CI pans from spinning. I pretty much figure I will need one to span the two linked hobs.

We have a skillet. I avoid it, as the bottom is not flat. I much prefer our cheaper Tramontina stuff. .

I have the 10" and 12" carbon steel frying pans and have been pretty happy with them.

Lodge makes one for about $30. It lives on the double burner on my induction top. Mainly use it for big breakfast, smashburgers, and searing fish. Best kitchen purchase in years.
