That sounds delicious. What kind of sauce did you use?

We ordered medium cooked burgers at the bar on Sunday, they were both rare & not as good as usual.

Their soups are usually good. Crab beignets as mentioned.

if they still have the deviled eggs topped with fried oyster and stone ground mustard they are delicious. As are the blue crab beignets

Ate there for lunch last Saturday. Blue crab beignets are awesome. I got the sandwich special, which was pork shoulder, and I wasn’t overly impressed. Wish I had ordered the burger. Wife enjoyed the crawfish and corn ravioli off the app menu, but it is a very small portion.

Steak tartare is always a must get.

I had steak tartare at Patois last week and that was so good I had to find an old post on here and mention it.

I need to get to Patois again. They still have the pork belly and scallop app?

Last good tartare I had was on the Fl coast.
Minus the caper berries, ugh.

That's funny, it must have been. I did a search on steak tartar and saw this.

I'll answer for LaTigre since they didn't pick up..if I recall right, the crabs were rendered on the grill, dipped in sriracha tabasco then fried.

Fried bao buns, then the avacado, salsa garnish.

I've only been once. I got the burger and it was really really good.

Not impressed with the blue crab beignets.
