Ya'll just be careful with the Atkins bars and products. They're known to cause stalls if consumed fairly often.
Browsing some of the forums, a lot of people agree. They throw "3 net carbs" on the front of the package, but the fine print says they have 18g total carbs, which is about enough to throw you out of induction.

seems the main issue with hidden carbs is coming from the bars and not the premade shakes. I did a quick search and all the attention was on the bars. Regardless, I am now weary of drinking the shakes for breakfast.

Are you subtracting fiber and protein from the total carb count when you map out the day's carbs?
I'm pretty sure they want you to do that. I did that when I was in induction.

They have a lot of fiber, sure, and sugar alcohols, which are also supposed to be thrown out.. but they are notorious for causing stalls.

I'll check at home this afternoon for a low carb cheesecake recipe that is pretty good. It has about 3 carbs per slice...whip up some heavy whipping cream or use Redi-Whip from the can and it's pretty damn good.

I tried these sugar-free forgotten cookies a few weeks ago.
No where near as good as the real thing, but if you were really desperate for a sweet, might help.
I was thinking of trying another extract besides vanilla. In this recipe, 1 tsp seems like a lot so I might even cut back on that a bit.
