Anyone of you healthy folks have a recipe for this? The old lady is on a keto diet and I want to make some for her.

Try Alabama white sauce, Mayo based. Should fit the bill.
1 cup mayo
1 tablespoon creole mustard
1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper (or more to taste)
1/4 cup white vinegar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon paprika

Here is Aaron Franklin’s Vinegar BBQ sauce. It does have ketchup and a touch of brown sugar, but should be lower carb than a standard bbq sauce. I make this when I do pulled pork.

Look at original Stubbs. It has very low sugar and carbs.

It calls for brown sugar.
