Ok guys been looking all over thought maybe some of you can help.

I need 200 Oz of cherry juice to make a large batch of drinks and can't find just cherry juice or maybe syrup. Don't really want to buy 10 Jas or whatever of cherries just to dump the juice out the jar.

Anyone know where I can find any. Not juicy juicy type because that isn't actually cherry juice it's engineered juice basically. Thanks

Whole foods has cherry juice but it sounds like you want maraschino juice?

You could also get luxardo liqueur

That is an absolute frick ton of cherry juice. I think the easiest thing would to be buying guide big jars of cherries.

That's going to be expensive as hell even if you find big jars of just juice.

How much are you making? A little cherry juice goes a long way. Like a couple ounces per gallon is probably plenty in most cases.

Well considering I'm making 30 gallons lol.

Bought a few huge jars of cherries at sams. Found reese maraschino syrup at rouses. Would that be the same thing that is in the jars of cherries basically?

Yes, that's the same thing.

Like I said, a little goes a long way, so I would try like half first. That stuff is super sweet.

Well I have made the recipe before but not in this quantity so the ratios are correct it's just a shite ton of this drink.

Thanks for the help guys. We will drain the ones we bought from sams ans probably go with the syrup from rouses so we aren't stuck with 10 74oz jars of cherries

How about putting the cherries in a juicer? Maybe a Cuisinart? That would stretch your purchase out some.

Don't have a juicer but might try a blender and then strain them. Good idea

Whole foods sells Knudsens and other brands of cherry juice concentrate, as well as regular strength cherry juice. Should be pretty easy to find, on the aisle with all the bottled room temp juices.

Save the pulp for ice cream topping.

Homebrew stores sell cans of fruit concentrate. The large cans usually make 2.5 gallons or so when diluted. Vintners Harvest is the most popular brand.

Restaurant Depot in New Orleans has Cherry syrup $7.68 a gallon or you could buy quart size bottles for like 2.50 a bottle
