Looking for a quick remoulade recipe or something recommended for a shrimp poboy.

Dinner tonight is fried shrimp poboy’s Want to just make a sauce at home other then a cocktail sauce. Any quick recipes/ideas out there?

My go-to is simple:

Ketchup
Fresh Lemon Juice
Horseradish
Hot Sauce
Salt

All done to taste, but those are the ingredients I use.

Also, make a tarter sauce. Made fresh at home is awesome

Add a little chopped dill pickle and that’s what I dip my boiled shrimp in
