1 lb of crab
Italian dressing
very very very thinly sliced celery to taste (i use about 4 stalks and use a grater to slice it very thin)
Mix all in a bowl very well, wrap top with seran wrap or tin foil, and let it sit for 24 hours in fridge
put crab salad on crackers and enjoy!

Jumbo Lump Salad

Put 1 pound of jumbo lump meat in a bowl, mix with 1/4 tsp of lettuce. Move lettuce to the side of plate, eat lump crab meat.

ETA; j/k but that is the best way to eat crab meat.

I make a Japanese style salad with imitation crab meat sticks.

Take 1/2 cup of Kewpie Mayo, put it in a bowl and whip till smooth, add 1 TBS of Siracha and mix it into mayo. Set aside

Take your crab 6 sticks and shred them with a fork. Cut an English Cucumber in halve lengthways and remove seeds then cut into long 1/8" straws. Mix everything together and top with a little sprinkle of toasted sesame seeds.

Shrimp and Crab Salad

Good quality olive oil to desired texture It does not take a lot.

Clean shrimp and boil until done. Or roast in a 350 oven. Do not over cook the shrimp.

Mix all ingredients except crab and avocados. Gently fold in crab and avocados. Taste and season according to taste.

Note: Scallops can be grilled and added as well.
