Be prepared for the ole bait and switch with this company. Reserved Selects at supposed 1.89lb and got pond 1.99lb

Pay for sack of river crawfish but got a sack of pond. Definitely was not a mistake because I had to wait on the river crawdads.Don't trust these criminals!

This is the SECOND time we have ordered AND got charged for 2 sacks of Belle River but received ONE Belle River and ONE Pond. This is poor business. Charging us for Belle River and giving us Pond. Will NOT be coming here again

None of those show on my app. Are you searching boiled crawfish or live?

I pass Michael's every weekday. Today 2.39 live, 2.59 boiled.

Live. Son, if those were the prices of boiled crawfish we would have taken a time machine back to the 90s

Are you sure you actually have your app set on a 50 mile radius like you thought?

Starting this year, Vendors that update their own prices on the app can set the size. If they are showing the large logo with their peeler price, you should submit a review saying that.

Most of those prices seem suspect. Live are $3 in our area

I was coming to post this. He needs to change his name to Crawfish Man Plus, since he hardly ever fools with crabs. :(

He does. Usually after crawfish season. He always hooks ya up. There’s been years in the past when he had them, and crawfish, at the same time.

Btw, Crabman is a cool dude. He’s a badass bowler, too. Rolled 300 several times, as recent as last year.

On a sad note, his wife just passed suddenly about 6 months ago.

I love boiled crawfish as much as the next guy, but at the price they are charging by the sack, it is much more economical to just buy shrimp and boil them.

Most estimates call for about 5 lbs. of crawfish per person for a nice boil, but with shrimp, you only need about 1.5 lbs. per person, and they don't have to be live when they are boiled, so they are easier all around. You could easily feed 30 people with 50 lbs. of shrimp, whereas crawfish would need to be in the 150 lb. range.

Just go buy some fresh shrimp and boil them at your leisure.

Been wanting to try My Crazy Uncle in Harahan. $2.65 live now

Tried them last weekend just for 1 sack at the last min. They had a shipment coming in at 1pm, but the truck was a little late. They went and packed a sack for me with crawfish that they had already purged for cooking in their restaurant. The crawfish were nice size, and some of the cheapest around. Highly recommend. Buying 4 sacks from them tomorrow morning for another boil we are doing.

Bought from here for a second weekend in a row. Got there at 8:30 am and was the first in I think. Owner quoted me $2.65 / lb and I paid, sacks were loaded in the truck and I was on my way.

About 3 blocks down, I got a call from the owner saying that the price had dropped to $2.50 and if I came back he would refund the difference. Drove back up and he gave me $22 in cash.

Crawfish we really nice size. Will definitely be back.
