Take all the leftovers and line them up on the counter. Let everyone choose what they want and roll it up in egg roll wrappers. Fry them up and serve with gravy for the dipping sauce.

My personal favorite: rotisserie turkey, dressing, cranberry sauce, and a small bowl of gravy

My mom takes the leftover dressing, turkey and gravy and makes a casserole. Chop the leftover meat into bite size chunks, mix the meat, dressing and gravy together (if you're low on gravy you can supplement with something like cream of mushroom), top with Swiss cheese and bake. Top each serving with cranberry sauce
