It'll be fine. It takes hotter temps to chemically change anything.

if drinking now no worries, just put it in the fridge
i just wouldnt save it for 6 months and then try drinking it, by then it might have been affected by the heat and not stay as long

The cork would most likely pop if you had an issue. Some really good wines get delivered in much hotter conditions in the back of a box truck every day.

I bought a mixed cause of Beau Vigne Romeo and Juliet a few weeks ago. It had to sit in my truck most of the day. When I got home I noticed there were a few drops leaking from 3 of the bottles. I have since opened all 3 and they were all perfect.

Not wine.

Be wary if it’s kept in temperatures above 75°F for more than a few days. Above 80°F, that wine is at risk with each passing hour.

Nope. If you're buying good wine they offer cold pack delivery which is what I get when I order.

I don't about your part of the world but all the HEB's and Kroger's here are all air conditioned throughout the entire facility.

And wine, like beer is delivered on trucks with cooling.

Nah. A half a day at the most as they are loaded the night before. Trucks are refrigerated but would say not all of them function

I’ve been in the grocery business all my life & in all the stores I’ve been at none have air conditioning in the back rooms

Absolutely. Anything over 70 starts to degrade, anything over 80 and it's basically cooking. In a hot car, it will prob be ruined in 10-15 minutes.
