Vacuum seal it if you can, reheat in a water bath. We use ours for BBQ Baked potatoes, Tacos, Samiches, Redneck Tacos ( pork, slaw piled on a hoe cake), put it on a bbq hamburger, Nachos, add it to some baked beans, eggs benedict, breakfast buritos with egg and cheese, quesadillas. Options are almost endless.

Roll it into a home made king cake? King cake kolachie? Mix in some pepper jack?

Pulled pork cheese fries, pulled pork mac and cheese, sweet potato skillet with pulled pork, pulled pork pizza. The options are truly endless.

How anyone that cooks larger cuts of meat, or larger portions does not own a vac sealer is crazy. Makes so many things so simple to freeze and allows for buying in bulk.

If you don’t have a vacuum sealer you can use the water trick to get close to the same results:

Thought about trying to freeze some, anyone ever done this? Does it hold up decent?

If you have a vacuum sealer freezing works great. Take it out of the freezer and throw it in boiling water still in the bag for about 20 minutes. Also works great with brisket.

I just put it in the sink filled with cool water from the faucet. Depending on whether it already has sauce, I determine how to heat it.

Cuban sandwich, as suggested above, is a great use.

My wife also makes damn good quesadillas with leftover pulled pork or brisket. Crisp up the folded tortilla and melt the insides in a hot heavy skillet. Good stuff.

Ended up topping the baked potatoes we had with steaks last night. Top notch. Froze the rest.

Form into patties, sear & heat in butter, degalze with natural sauce/drippings, serve with cabbage, onions, & potatoes braised in the same natural sauce.

Saute some onion, bellpepper and celery, and garlic.. Dice some rotisserie chicken, cube the BB, and slice some cooked smoked sausage into 1" rings.. Add the meats to your sautéed vegetables.
Boil a pkg of pasta and add a cup of the salted pasta water to the meats and veggies and bring the heat to a boil.. Or you can reserve some of the water from boiling the smoked sausage and add that as well.. Reduce the heat and tumble the boiled pasta into meat and veggie mix. Remove from heat and add a cup of parmesan cheese and top with finely chopped parsley.
