Their stuff is pretty good. I'm not going out looking for it, I definitely wasn't going to the midnight Sunday night/Monday morning release here. I'm glad we have it, though. It'll show up at places that normally have pretty mediocre taplists and will be a good option there. It has its place for sure.

eta: if a stout or porter is REALLY good it doesn't need nitro to be enjoyed. Nitro will definitely help your mediocre or really thin-bodied stouts, however.

I love the milk stout. The only others I've had (sawtooth and Porter) were OK but nothing special. I do want to try the wake up dead imp stout

More a texture issue for me; I just prefer the creamier mouth feel.

I seem to remember Ryno and List expressing the same sentiment on here.

looks like we'll at least be getting both versions of the milk stout, nitro wake up dead, sawtooth, and a pilsner

I can confirm this. This line up is out around BR now.

Just grabbed some milk stout and wake up dead. LeBlanc's on Drusilla had plenty of Porter, pilsner, and sawtooth. Milk stout and wake up dead almost gone

t's a shame that A-pub has no nitro system and it's the only way to enjoy good porters and stouts, in my opinion.
I agree as well. A stout and porter is waaay better on nitro. This board will shite on you though

Yeah, it's my opinion

It's also worth noting that the very best beer bars all over the country tend to have several nitro selections available at any given time, but down here you're lucky to find one.

Yep. When I am in New York for work I go to an Irish pub I stay near and they have about 10 taps on nitro. Lucky to find even Guiness consistently on Nitro here
