Las Vegas lunch and snack recommendations

I already pretty much know where I want to eat for dinner while I am there. What I am wondering is the best places for lunch/snacks. For example, who has the best pizza, burgers, ice cream, drinks (alcohol and non-alcoholic), fish and chips, etc. Anything you can think of.

Hash House A Go Go or Peppermill for breakfast. Every hotel now has a burger joint. I've only been to Burger Bar in Mandalay Bay. It's overpriced, but good.

I actually ate there a few years back. I had the chicken and waffles tower. It was really good.

I have had Giordanos. Loved it. We will definitely be going there. And my wife has already mentioned Carnegie deli so we will probably go there too. Good choices.

Tacos El Gordo, which is close to the Circus Circus. They make some really, really good mexican in a counter style ordering system. Don't pass on the tongue.

There will usually be a line unless you go at an off peak hour, but Gordon Ramsay Burger is a great burger.
I’m a fan of Yard House near the High Roller. Great Beer selection. Poke Bowl is fantastic. Tacos are pretty good too.

Best pizza will be giordanos or 550 pizza in aria.
Hidden pizza at Cosmo is pretty good if you like New York style.

I’ll second Tacos El Gordo
Place pumps out volume. They are a machine. Tacos are great and won’t burn the wallet compared to most Vegas places
May look into Yardbird. I’ve been to the South Beach location. Great food if you enjoy upscale fried chicken, biscuits, etc

Wish I had known this last week when I was at that dump a-k-a Circus Circus. Never again... but then again my fat self could tear into this smothered plate of fries.

I may have to try Tacos El Gordo. The only problem is I usually try to avoid the area near Circus Circus because I always feel like I am about to get robbed.

Depends
The best places in Las Vegas in my opinion are off strip. Not just that but most off strip places have great happy hour food specials to get people in.
Do you have means of transport to go off strip?
Best off strip places:
Wings/Chicken Fingers = Chicken Shack on Sunset Blvd.
Mexican = Juan's Flaming Fajitas
Pizza (Deep Dish) = Giordano's
Pizza (NY Style) = Napoli
Lunch/Dinner Buffet = Studio B at the M
Breakfast/Brunch Buffet = Feast at Red Rock
Burgers = Fat Boy
Fast Food Burgers = Original Tommy's or In N Out Burger
Fries = Fries N Pies

Momofuku at the Cosmopolitan. Get a pork bun and some ramen and it will be one of the best lunches you've ever had.

We will probably only be on the strip or downtown.

A couple of In n Outs are within a couple blocks of the strip depending upon what part of the strip you are on.

There's one directly off the strip in between the Flamingo and Linq
