Looking to go next week. I hope someone leaves a decent review. It's not in the most visible location for a restaurant. Even the street sign for the complex is easy to miss driving down Jefferson.

I haven't tried it, but a good bit of people posted reviews on the Nextdoor app in my neighborhood. To summarize, almost every single person said they liked it a lot (that was when it first opened). Two more posts showed up over the last day or two saying it wasn't so great, though.

How are they going to compete with Palermo?

I am a fan. Live around the corner and have been several times
Very nice ambiance. They did a good job on the buildout. Veal Piccata and Marsalla are excellent. Very well priced.
They know what they are doing. Have stores in Beaumont and Lake Charles

We went the other day. I enjoyed it. Reasonably priced and larger than average portions.

Wife went yesterday and said the food was unflavorful and the service was terrible (took 45 minutes to get food at lunch).

Yes, service kinda sketchy. It is like they hired people who have never really served before. They also don't schedule enough people for the size of the restaurant. When we went, serves were walking around with food and no idea where to take it. Food ok- certainly edible. Bar leaves a lot to be desired.
