I think the spicy boudin there is fantastic. Also grilled up some of the hot sausage and enjoyed it. Disappointed with the boudin stuffed pork loin, barely any boudin in it.

Krotz Springs store has been having it. Usually in the little single door small cooler away from the big coolers.

I haven't tried the boudin stuffed one yet but the spinach stuffed pork loin wrapped in bacon is really good.
