Out of town "celebrity" chef places have never really gone over well here. I guess this guy's got local backing and a sort of local angle to him, so that maybe he won't fall into that hole.

It will be interesting to see.

They opened Sunday to the public. No menu online that I can find. No website either. Smh

Check out Aaron Sanchez's Instagram. He has been putting up pictures of test dishes for months...

The Himachi/Uni tostada he posted a few months ago looks good enough to drive in from Baton Rouge for.
