Anyone remember this? Didn’t know this was still around. We had fun doing it tonight.

Isn't that Corn Pop's little brother?

Haven't thought about Jiffy Pop in a long time. Gonna pick some up next time I'm shopping.
The last microwave popcorn I bought tasted like crap. It was in brown bags, and I guess they removed all of the potentially harmful chemical coating, made it recyclable, etc. The popcorn tasted like a microwaved paper grocery bag and not "movie theater butter."

Stupid expensive for what it is. Walmart sells it for near $8 for one 4.5 oz. container.
Amazon show it in 3 packs for $15.
Stupid pricing for nostalgia.

Never really understood the appeal other than entertaining children. I remember the TV commercials and everybody wanted it. In reality, while better than microwave popcorn, it’s pretty shitty popcorn. You can buy much better quality corn abd stovetop cook very easily with much better flavor results than either JP or microwave in not much more time. There are also microwave options using quality corn.

I gave some to some of the little kids for Christmas so they could watch it pop. I burned it.
I've lost my touch as an adult apparently.
