Been cooking jambalaya for quite a few years my self mostly pork and sausage. If I make a seafood jambalaya I do make it creole style, But never pork. If ya brown ya meat and sausage onions well ya dont need stock. To me and my family das a cheat.

If you dont have excel, download WPS Office.

It's open source software(aka free).

Ok I have a 3 gallon pot..and I put 80 percent on the fill level. Is that the only levels I change? It’s giving me my ratios and my question is on the levels that say 1.4 or 7.68 or any of the ones that aren’t to the T do I have to be 100 percent accurate or can it be close?

Recipes are guide lines none have to be followed exactly. That is what makes cooking fun and different from being a chef

I think somebody uploaded it to Google Docs, so that's an option, too.

I had trouble reading the cooking instructions on the app.

Some of the longer instructions weren't showing up and were cut off.

Not sure if anyone else is having that problem.

Several people have emailed me about that issue.

The solution is to reset the default text size on your phone to medium.
