We made it through another challenge, y’all!

Our winner this week has taken 2nd place before, but this time is taking FIRST:

LSUBoo - Homebrewed Blood Orange Beer Ice Cream w/ Blood Orange Ricotta Cookies and Beer Frosting

A first time participant took SECOND place:

fightin tigers - Stout and coffee herb crusted lamb lollipops stuffed inside a beer pita, side of IPA hummus

Repeatedly a first place winner, this time taking third:

NOLAGT - Beer Bangers N Beer Mash with Beer Bread and Beer Butter

And another repeat winner, in fourth:

Jax-Tiger - Grilled Bison Beer Burgers topped with beer cheese, beer braised onions, and a pretzel bun with beer battered onion rings

Congrats all! Well done! (Also, does anyone want four relatively low carb beers?)

LSUBoo, what is our next challenge ingredient?

Woohoo! Major props to my girl Taylor for inspiring the "Hey Stop" Bad Blood Taylor's Version. The beer is delicious and Boo's desert was fantastic. I will say if you want to brew 10 gallons of beer you need two men. Lifting that thing onto the counters was a major effort.

Hope to be one of the first beers out at the festival so I can try others instead of serving.

Thanks always for doing this Darla, they are so fun.

Thanks everyone! I have to assume that the homebrew was a big factor here because culinarily mine was fairly simple, although delicious.

Next ingredient... was thinking whiskey at first, but we just did beer, so pivoting to one of my favorite ingredients in just about everything...

GARLIC!
