Don't think this is true. Bulldog in Baton Rouge serves food and they have dogs in there all the time.

I was referring to state law where I live. But I’ve always wondered how the Bulldog was able to do that.
And not to get picky, because your point is valid, but I thought we were discussing breweries, which The Bulldog is not.

Bulldog does not technically allow dogs inside. They just aren’t going to fuss at patrons who have a well behaved dog.
Most people with dogs who stay inside there have small lap dogs anyway. Hell, someone last week had their dog in a stroller

Yeah I wouldn’t think it’s worth fussing at someone whose dog is just laying there. I know they do ask people with wild acting dogs to go outside.
