Is there anything I can make with these peppers?

Been growing this “Tombstone Ghost” plant for a few years and I’ve never made anything with the peppers. I put it in quotes because I got the little plant from a friend after his dad brought a bunch of different pepper starters down. They all had hand written name tags, and though it said Tombstone, it looks more like Carolina Reaper or a Komodo Dragon to me…
I have a bag of frozen ones, but I may as well do something these fresh ones if that’s at all possible.
I’ve had a couple of friends try them and they weren’t OK.

make 2 plates of nachos for sunday's game and put these on the plate you serve to the people you don't like.

Dry them. Grind them. Use them to spice stuff like crawfish and crabs boils.

I've made my hot sauce using Ghost, Habanero, Trinidad Scorpion Butch T's and other so-called "Hot" peppers before.
I'm getting ready to use jalapeno and habanero later today to make a batch of pepper jelly for the house.
They can be used, just sparingly, when making pepper jellies, but I have used ghost peppers to make my hot sauce and it is a hit with people who can handle the heat.
