For me its the smell, and taste. I was at an event one time doing some volunteer work and someone from the neighborhood made BLT’s and I was so hungry I took a huge bite and looked down and saw a blobs of mayo dripping onto my hand and I excused myself and went to the bathroom and tried not to throw up.

An exasmple.

I'm allergic to mayo as well. Therefore I completely avoid anything that could potentially have it. I just don't take the chance.

frick that.

I put bleu cheese sauce/dressing on BLTs now. It's awesome. Like a wedge salad sandwich.

My loathe of mayo is well known by family and friends. That is a narrow window and I eat and try just about anything.

Same, but I’m embarrassed to admit bacon is also on my short list of foods I do not like.

I used to be completely allergic to eggs. However after a 45-day water only fast 2 Januaries ago, I have been able to tolerate scrambled eggs and waffles. Though I still have difficulty with Mayo, ranch dressing, and other sauces where the eggs are not thoroughly cooked. So unless I cook the sauce I don't eat it. Also I only use vinaigrette dressings on my salads.

If you don’t like mayo or bacon, you can’t claim to eat almost anything.

Plain mustard, no. Now sweet honey mustard or even Chinese Hot Mustard, yes, I'm on board.

As a youngster a mustard on wonder bread sandwich was a joy. Mustard is great, versatile and has numerous uses. Ground mustard added to your fry mix will blow your mind.

Mayo is disgusting. Plain mayonnaise is the devil's jizz. No offense Aggies.

Ketchup has a good punch of umami. By itself it’s just meh, but mixed with other ingredients it irreplaceable. Ex, bbq sauce, canes sauce. Thousand island
