I’ve always thought Pad Thai smells odd and I’ve had it multiple places. Not sure what it is but it’s normal to me. I still think it tastes amazing.

It has a slight vomit-burp flavor. Like if you drank something sweet & it came back up with stomach acid. That said, I still really like it. But I can see how it would be off-putting if you weren’t familiar.
