Going to go to Cuban's...any recommendations?

While you are in that area, visit nearby Brewniverse. It is beer-only and has a good selection, perhaps the best in town.

What would you compare it to?

Being the first Brett beer I've tasted I don't really have a comparison for you. Really bright and juicy with a subtle funkiness to it. I'm a pretty basic hops and stouts drinker but was interested in trying Oceans for some reason. Glad I did.

For me as well this weekend. I'm looking forward to it. I will be traveling home with them. I'm assuming keeping them cool will be best? What kind of shelf life are we looking at?

Looks interesting....again I don't understand why we don't have something like this on the Northshore? WTF

You can age brett beers. Since its an IPA it might lose its hops but the brett will become more pronounced as it ages.

So drink a few fresh and age 1 to see the difference

I just got back from the Rouse's on Carrolton and they had five or six G&G's left. Still tough to justify paying $11 for the one bomber though.

504 Craft Beer Reserve has a few in the fridge, but with no price tags (good luck!). Went yesterday and it looks like they're still trying to get organized.

What was priced, looked overpriced, but I'll wait on it a bit and go back in a month or so.

Drink fresh. 100% brett ferments don't get all that funky with age.
