Just bought one. To those who have one, what’s your favorite thing to cook in it?

Broths, stocks, and more broths. Weeknight bean dishes are a close second.

Beans, lentils, stews, chili. Sometimes a hunk of meat like roast or even some ribs.

Serious Eats has some pressure cooker recipes. Dad Cooks Dinner blog is probably where I get most of mine.

Made yogurt once, and it turned out fine, but I usually just buy Fage at the store.

Hard boiled eggs. Peeling them is fantastic.

Gave my daughter one for Christmas. She loves it and said it’s worth it just for the eggs.

My wife makes pho broth in it and beets do very well also.

Broths and stocks. Beans are a given. Braised beef and pot roast are amazing. One thing that I thought I would never do but actually love it, is make quark. Look it up. It's amazing stuff.

I've used a few of his recipes and they are good.

Pressure Luck guy has some good recipes as well, but he is a bit annoying if you watch his YouTube channel. His hot & sour soup recipe was really good.

Pho is a favorite of mine (regular PC, not Instapot).
Also like cooking chickpeas, black beans, etc pretty quickly. Fresh warm chickpeas equals best hummus ever.

Would love to have your Pho recipe. Not sure if I could find all the ingredients around here but I could try.
