Indian food heaven in Hammond

I know Punjabi Dhaba has been mentioned here before, and for good reason. Today was my sixth visit probably and I swear it gets better every time. Buffet is solid as hell, and the a la carte menu is huge. Aloo tiki, coconut chicken and the Biryani were especially good today. Best Indian in the state as far as I'm concerned.

I’ve only been at lunch for the buffet. Are a la carte dishes available all day, or just at night?

That place is amazing. I remember stopping there one night for a six pack flabbergasted by this couple that was there all dressed up on a date. Then, the food came out and smelled incredible.

You can order a la carte at lunch as well, but the buffet is hard to resist. Next time I'm gonna find out how they rock a Sihk Kebab.

As luck would have it, they are the only Indian restaurant in the entire world that proudly advertises a complete lack of curry dishes.
