Has to be seafood. That's what we known for first and foremost. I'm boiling him whatever is in season, doing a fried seafood platter and making a crawfish etouffee.

Came here thinking jambalaya, but crawfish etoufee is a legit contender.
I like etoufee, but I love jambalaya. Also, I make a better jambalaya, so I’ll go with jambalaya.
