It's better out of the vacuum sealed pouches.
I find it dry from the pouches. Chunk light in water from the can with some eggs and mayo on a Friday. Catholic for life.

You don't like tuna salad sandwiches?

Corn has very little nutritional value, like most grains. This doesn’t mean that it has zero vitamins or minerals, but per amount that you eat, it has far fewer than most vegetables, seafood, meats, fruits, or nuts. This is simply a matter of figuring out how many vitamins and minerals corn provides.
quote:
Like all grains, corn contains prolamins, which are a class of proteins that your body can’t properly break down and which can lead to or exacerbate leaky gut and the growth of bad bacteria in your gut. In addition, almost all corn grown in the US is GMO. (Being GMO is actually less of a concern then known toxins like prolamins, but still.)
In the end, the small amount of nutrition that you get from corn just isn’t worth the potential problems it can cause your body

bread isnt part of my diet when im trying to be good. If i want to splurge and have a sandwich of some sort, it certainly wont be made from tuna salad from a can.

Not part of mine either. I just do lettuce wraps when I have it.
You do not ever eat tuna salad though?

Where is that from?
It's from reality. Where do you live that corn is somehow good for you? When you shite it out undigested, that might be a clue that it isn't particularly compatible with the human digestive system.

Our Honduran maid would always look at us funny for eating grits when I was a kid.
She said it was pig food.

Ive never had it.
Youre pretty on his nuts about this little tuna salad tidbit. Not everyone eats garbage meat or fish out of a can

quote:I didn't know it was bad for you until today. The 3 links I checked out said it had nutritional value. I was asking for your link. You obviously quoted it from somewhere.
do you disagree with it?

But lots do. It isn't any stranger than eating corn from a can.

And I will never pretend that I know how you should eat. Eat what makes you happy. Canned chicken is fricking nasty. But there are times it works and I find mayo and capers make it at least palatable.
I would always prefer a "real" chicken but I can't keep a real chicken in my desk drawer. And sometimes you just gotta eat.

I get that but is it that crazy that someone doesnt eat it that you need to ask them 3 times whether they eat it or not?
