Out of burnt ends too.

I totally get the purity of preferring to run out rather than serve reheated 'cue....but surely he could apply his considerable culinary skills to figuring out some other dish to absorb any leftovers. Like a smoked chicken salad, a BBQ-stuffed mac n cheese or BBQ spaghetti (a common enough dish in certain styles of 'cue), individual cottage pies, pulled pork empanadas, brisket stuffed tamales...hell those last three are easily made in quantity, frozen, and cooked as needed each day with no loss of quality or taste.
I would not want to be one of his investors. Hard to make money if you have nothing to sell.
