I am not home for a couple of days so I can’t get pics but I will describe my $4 crawfish washer that works like a charm.

It is a very sturdy rubber made tote with a clamp on lid. I have drilled a bunch of 1 inch holes on one half of the top. I put the crawfish in it, fill with water, clamp the lid, and toss it side to side. After a few seconds, you leave the lid clamped on And tip it to the side with the holes to drain it. Repeat as necessary. It has been the easiest most efficient crawfish washer I have ever used.

I have two identical plastic tubs with rope handles that “nest” together. I drilled a bunch of 3/8” holes in the bottom of one of them. Place the one with holes inside the other one, add crawfish, and fill with water. Pull the basket with the crawfish out after a while and dump the water. Repeat the process few times until the water is clear. Works great and is very easy to dump the crawfish into the cooking pot.

I have the mass produced one and it sucks. It uses way too much water and really doesn’t clean them any better.

I bought one just to try it. It uses alot of water but it does clean the crawfish. It only takes 10 to 15 minutes and that water is crystal clear.

OP has the right idea. It can't be hard to make.

It's not and like i said. About 20 to 25 bucks or so.

I've read where they work well and if it cleans them in 15 minutes or so, then the water usage is worth it and maybe even more efficient.

Ridiculous that Chicken and crew hasn’t put image hosting into the TD software. It’s 2019 for Christsakes.

He's saving a fortune on bandwidth by making other people host the pics. Plus, when people post pr0n or copyrighted stuff it isn't on his servers. Trust the process.
