Which PH? We ordered carryout from the Bluebonnet one online a few days ago & picked it up 15 minutes later.

Is it the one on coursey? Cause they f'd us over last week. Told would be ready in 20, i got there after 20, and it was still 45 min before we got them. It was chaos in the there

I have written a letter to PH before about their service at a location in BR. They even wrote back!

yep...the first time i went there for carry out they had over 20 employees "working"...and the same thing happened on my carry out experience... call it in...get there...one pizza is ready so they give it to me...i stand there another 30 waiting on my second my pizza...they didnt even ask me if I would like to put the first pizza in the heating case to keep it warm
