Decades ago there was one in BR on Florida, maybe near Wooddale????
We loved it as kids.

There was one on Greenwell Springs Rd. near Airline.

I have never been disappointed at LJS. The standard fish n chips there, with a couple of hush puppies, is sneaky good.

Pretty sure that was a Captain D's. When I first met my wife back in 2003ish we got into a debate because she swore up and down that there was a LJS in the spot you described. She even had others agree w/ her. We ended up taking the drive to find out and it was a Captain D's.
I moved here in 89 and there hasn't been a LJS anywhere in the BR since then.

Josh Weismann. I saw that too. LJS was their highest ranked.
He just opened a place in Austin in Caesar Chavez. Actually a really good food influencer to follow. He teaches a lot of technique in cooking and fires food reviews.
