I forgot how good Edie’s in Lafayette is

Got the shrimp egg and cheese biscuit and grits. The catfish egg and cheese and smothered potatoes are my usual.
Plus they had 2 OT 7.8’s working

Not sure if they still have these or not, but the brisket and pot roast crossiants were amazing. They are legit.

I've never really had issues. Worst case, I turn at Bendel and then take a left into the parking lot. I am going back toward Kaliste when leaving though, so that makes it much easier for me.

Anyone have a recipe for their biscuits? When I traveled to Lafayette for work that was my go to stop. Have not been in years and now craving after reading this post.

It is a place I never think about going but I think is incredibly good every time I have it. I don't go enough.
